i-Land in the Sun presents:
El Valle de las Aves
El Valle de las Aves shows a selection of the numerous ‘Bird-stones’ we found on our land in the South of Spain. These stones aren’t just stones formed by nature. They are in fact sculptures and are – sometimes just for a tiny bit – processed by man and have been intentionally put here probably millenia ago. Two stone hand axes we also encountered are now on exposure in the Historical Museum of Huelva. They were estimated at least 5000 years of age (Neolithic era). The Birdstones appear to be from the same era.
This is better than Stonehenge. This is El Valle de las Aves.
